When I left the world of deep underground dark matter physics, I thought innkeeping would be my early retirement career. The pandemic had different plans. My B&B had been amazing up to that point but then suddenly, crickets, so in the quiet, I began to write about all the people and stories and business dilemmas I encountered. After a few months, new characters knit the tales together and a twelve-book, year-long look at June Faust and her big cast of characters sprang to life.
I plan to finish the full arc by the end of 2025 in between my other novels and adventures. I hope you enjoy the “city girl escapes to the small town” setting with a mature romance, an evil estate, a whole lot of buried secrets, mischievous guests, and a mystery to solve each month, all while June is running The Admiral Inn.
